This policy does not apply to third-party websites, lenders, inspectors, logistics providers, or other service providers not controlled by GREYSPOKE.

  • VINs, serial numbers, model details, and related documentation

  • Purchase objectives, price ranges, and negotiation parameters

  • Seller disclosures and representations

C. Financial and Logistical Information

  • Fee agreements and invoicing details

  • Payment confirmations

  • Preferred lenders, insurers, inspectors, or transport providers (when introductions are requested)

GREYSPOKE does not take ownership of assets, hold client funds, or store banking credentials beyond what is necessary for invoicing and payment confirmation.

3. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We use collected information solely for legitimate business purposes, including:

  • Providing consulting, research, sourcing, and acquisition coordination services

  • Facilitating introductions between buyers and sellers

  • Supporting negotiations and transaction logistics

  • Preparing agreements, invoices, and engagement documentation

  • Communicating with clients regarding active or prospective engagements

  • Complying with legal, tax, or regulatory obligations when required

We do not sell, rent, or commercially exploit personal information.

Confidentiality obligations do not apply where disclosure is required by law, court order, or lawful governmental request.

  • With third-party service providers at the client’s request (e.g., inspectors, lenders, logistics providers)

  • To protect GREYSPOKE’s legal rights, prevent fraud, or enforce agreements

GREYSPOKE is not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties introduced at a client’s request.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. While no system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, we take commercially reasonable steps appropriate to the nature of the information we handle.

GREYSPOKE may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be effective upon posting or written notice. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
